Description: Leaky faucets, overloaded electrical outlets, moldy walls. Millions of U.S. households struggle with some form of substandard housing every day. This reality comes alive for visitors of the Thrivent Builds Mobile, a 48-foot semi truck traveling across the country to raise awareness about issues surrounding poverty housing. This rolling exhibit is part of a new alliance between Thrivent Financial and Habitat for Humanity designed to build up to 500 additional Habitat homes every year in the United States.

Families in poverty frequently pay 50 percent or more of their income toward such housing. This interactive display will be traveling across the country aboard a 48-foot semi truck designed to raise awareness about poverty housing. The Builds Mobile is part of a new alliance between Habitat for Humanity and Thrivent Financial designed to build up to 500 additional Habitat homes each year in the United States.
